Do you offer discount codes?
We regularly offer discount codes throughout the year. Sign up for our newsletter to receive exclusive discount codes and be the first to know about promotions.

Do I need to be a member to purchase at noflik?
You don't need to register to make purchases; however, we suggest creating an account to access services dedicated to our customers and track your orders easily.

What are your order cutoff times?
Orders placed after 5PM PST are processed the next business day. Weekend orders are processed on the following Monday (or next business day if it's a holiday).

Why can't I complete my order?
Please check that you have correctly entered your payment information. If you're paying with a credit card and the problem persists, contact your card issuer. If payment information is inaccurate or incomplete, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days.

What does processing mean?
Order processing includes checking payment, locating stock, quality checking, packaging, and many more steps. Most orders are processed within 48 hours. During sales periods and holidays, processing may take 1-3 additional business days.

I’ve only received part of my order
Your order may have been divided into separate packages so you can receive some items faster. Check your shipping email for details about multiple shipments.

 

PAYMENTS 

 

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption and PCI DSS compliance.

When will I be charged?
Full payment is taken when your order is successfully placed. You'll receive an order confirmation with payment details. Sales tax is automatically calculated based on your shipping address and applied at checkout.

Is it safe to use a credit card online?
noflik works hard to ensure your purchase is safe and secure. We use SSL encryption and are PCI DSS compliant. All orders go through a fraud-checking process. We may request additional information regarding credit card usage for verification purposes.

My discount code doesn’t work
Discount codes expire once used and may only work for specific items or categories. If you receive an invalid code message, contact us at admin@noflik.shop and we can re-issue a valid code.

Why am I charged twice for one order?
You'll only be charged once. The two entries on your statement represent: 1) payment authorization when you place the order, and 2) the actual charge confirmation. Only the second charge is final.

Delivery: 3-5 business days

International
South Korea: $35 ($180+ orders FREE, 14-19 business days)
Canada: $32 (2-4 business days)
Europe: $58-85 (14-19 business days)
Asia (other): $58 (14-19 business days)
Other regions: Calculated at checkout

How do I track my order?
Once your order is processed and shipped, you'll receive a tracking email with your tracking number. We ship via UPS and FedEx. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation, your order hasn't shipped yet.

For international order, we ship to the appropriate shipping company for your country. You'll receive a tracking email with your tracking number.

Do Korean customers get free shipping?
Yes! Korean customers enjoy FREE shipping on orders $180 and above. Orders under $180 are charged our standard $35 shipping fee. The free shipping discount is automatically applied at checkout when you reach $180.

How can I easily reach $180 for free shipping?
Here are some smart shopping tips:

Add accessories to reach the $180 threshold

What happens if I return a Korean free shipping order?
Since no shipping fees were charged on your $180+ order, there are no shipping fees to deduct from your refund. Only the $30 international processing fee applies.



Do you offer expedited shipping?
We don't offer next-day or two-day shipping. For expedited orders placed Friday-Sunday, please allow 2-3 additional days beyond standard processing time as our facilities may be closed.

Who pays for customs and duties?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees determined by your country's regulations. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates.

Are there areas you don't ship to?
Currently, we don't ship to:
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other US territories
Israel (as of June 18, 2025, due to airspace restrictions)
APO/FPO/DPO addresses
PO Boxes (except US domestic standard shipping)

Why is my order delivered in multiple packages?
To avoid delays, we prefer to send available items first. Sometimes our production lines need more time to ensure quality, which is why you might receive multiple packages for one order.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

How do I return an item?
To return an item:
1. Submit a return request on our website within 14 days of receiving your order
2. Mail your return within 7 days of submitting the request
3. Follow the return instructions sent to your email

What are the return fees?
All returns are subject to processing fees:
Domestic (US) returns: $10 processing fee
International returns (including Korea): $30 processing fee

These fees are deducted from your refund amount.

When will I receive my refund?
Refund timeline:
Return shipping: 5-25 days (depending on location)
Processing: 7-10 days after arrival at warehouse
Additional processing during busy periods: 3-5 days
Credit card refunds: 5 business days to card issuer

Do you offer exchanges?
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the returned package.

What items cannot be returned?
Items that cannot be returned:
Items marked as "Final Sale"
Orders paid entirely with store credit
Items used for photography, social media, or commercial purposes
Items without original tags and packaging

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

What if my return gets lost or damaged?
noflik is not responsible for returns that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. We recommend using tracking and insurance when returning items. Make sure to initiate a return request on our website before mailing - we don't accept unauthorized returns.
